Newgrange Connemara Teardrop Earrings
Newgrange, in Knowth, Ireland, is an ancient burial site dating back to about 3200 B.C. The Newgrange spirals are often called a "Celtic" design, but the work actually predates the Celts by about 2500 years.
The spiral is a symbol of eternal life, and it's also a very pretty design. These sterling and Connemara earrings measure about 2" long from sterling silver French hooks and are wire wrapped by hand with sterling wire.
