Ordering

It's easy to order -- Just click on the PayPal "Add To Cart" button featured in each item's description and our system does the rest -- figures your total, adds postage and lets me know immediately that you have ordered . Then pay using our PayPal ordering system -- free, easy and secure!

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create one at https://www.paypal.com/ It's always free for buyers to use! We accept credit cards through our ordering system only -- this way, your credit card number remains known to you alone.

Please note: it is no longer necessary to have a PayPal account to order online! Just use the order button, follow the instructions, and your information will be handled confidentially through our secure system.

A word about your information: Online security is very important to us, and we will not share any of your information with third parties. We do not receive your credit card number at any point in the transaction.

If you don't wish to order through our system, please email us with your order, and we will send you our address so you may pay by money order or personal check.


Shipping

Postage is $4.85 per order, which includes USPS Priority Mail and insurance. Your package will be tracked online and, when it is shipped, a notification email will be sent to you. $4.85 is all we charge for standard shipping regardless of your order size. We keep shipping costs low and pass the savings on to you -- never a handling fee.

If your order is over $100.00, a signature will be required at your address for the delivery of your package. If there is no one there to sign, a notice will be left and the package may be picked up and signed for at your Post Office.
Overnight shipments by USPS Express Mail are also available at actual rate (no handling charge) -- please email me to check the rate for your shipment.

Postal insurance is included with the cost of your order.

 

Shipping Times

 Your package will arrive about a week from the date of your order, sometimes sooner.   If you need something sooner than a week, please be sure to email and let me know at the time you place your order.  I can't know it's Aunt Peggy's birthday Tuesday next if you don't tell me, but if you do, I'll make every effort to have your gift there in plenty of time at no extra charge.

But if it's the eleventh hour, please request overnight shipping by sending us an email prior to your order.  We want everyone to be happy.

To our friends in Canada, Europe and other locations:

 Welcome!  All overseas postage calculated automatically at current rates when you order.
We don't believe in charging extra for shipping -- you will be charged at the current USPS rate to ship to your country.

Need Gift Wrap? Let Us Know! All jewelry on this page and the following pages comes on pretty presentation cards or with fabric presentation pouches.  We also do custom gift tags and simple gift wrap at no extra cost.

If you're not certain what they'd like (or can't decide yourself!), we have gift certificates. Just drop us an email and we'll make one up for you.


Custom Orders

We are delighted to work with you to produce custom designs. There is no design fee, and our prices will be similar to items you already see on the site.  Email us with your ideas and we will work with you to produce your "dream designs". 

We are pleased to offer volume discounts for bridal parties, office Christmas gifts and fundraisers. We'll gladly work with you to make your event special and unique.

Wholesale orders

Due to the impracticality of producing finely handcrafted work in mass quantities, we no longer do wholesale orders.
